The pessimist in me wants to say that this building is one-third unpainted.

If you look at only one picture of a man in scrubs and green Adidas fixing a Deux Chevaux on East 16th Street this year, make it this one.

The 2005 Madison Square BBQ was even better than its 2004 predecessor, thanks to the abandoning of the stupid ticketing system.
