Same: hipsters, bars, idiosyncratic neighborhood names, body of water, public transportation, apartments, pizza, friends.

Different: cars, apartments with outdoor space, neighborhoods, friends, Vince Vaughn.

Embarassing: riding the NYC subway every day for three years, then looking like a retard trying to enter the wrong side of the turnstile on the El.

Never going out of style: the worm.
